New Wafer Sealing/Tabbing Equipment

We are excited to tell you about the newest piece of equipment at Phillips. We now offer high speed wafer sealing/tabbing capabilities. Depending on your specific job characteristics, this new tabber can produce more than 40k tabs per hour.
